Club Ukiyo is an 18+ event. ID-checked wristbands from Anime USA Registration are required for entry.
It all depends. If you are coming during operating hours, no, a reservation is not required. However, if you are interested in HostExpress, our VIP experience, then yes, a reservation is required.
Host Club is our traditional Club Ukiyo experience, with entry available during regular operating hours as capacity allows. Host Club has a $5.00 cover charge per person with surge pricing up to $15.00.
HostExpress is our VIP experience featuring a reserved, timed entry. Your reservation gives you a designated time to enter Club Ukiyo, making it easier to plan your evening and spend less time waiting to get in. The cover charge is $15.00 per person, and group pre-registration is required. It includes a personal mini instant film photo, a handwritten note, and AUSA Club Ukiuo Host Club merchandise.
HostExpress guests receive entry according to their reserved time.
You should still arrive at the designated check-in area as instructed and have your required ID-verified wristband ready.
Your HostExpress reservation secures entry for your designated time, provided you arrive within the stated check-in window and meet all entry requirements, including having an Anime USA ID Verified wristband.
Please arrive during your designated check-in window. Late arrivals may not be guaranteed immediate entry and may need to join regular Host Club admission, depending on availability. Refunds will not be offered for missed timeslots.
Your HostExpress benefits apply to your reserved time. If you’d like to visit Club Ukiyo earlier, you may use regular Host Club admission, subject to capacity. However, your cover charge will not cover the separate admission.
Only guests included in the reservation may use its timed entry. Friends without a HostExpress reservation can enter through regular Host Club admission, subject to capacity.
Yes. Club Ukiyo is an 18+ experience, including both regular Host Club admission and HostExpress. Every guest must have an ID-verified wristband before entry.
Alcohol can only be purchased if your wristband indicates 21+.
ID-verified wristbands are collected from Registration during their operating hours.
No outside food or drink is allowed. Water is the only exception.
No photography or video recording of any type. You will be asked to delete it. Keepsake photographs are available for purchase from the Host Club as an add-on.
Yes. Reservations can be changed until Thursday, November 12 at 12:00 PM. You may update the names on your reservation or adjust the size of your party during this time through the Anime USA Account Manager (CLICK HERE),
Please note that all reservations are non-refundable. Changes that would result in a refund are not permitted.
