Formed in 2002, NEO ATOMIC MOTOR (NAM) has built their own stylized brand of high energy Electro-Synth-Rock and awesome magnetic live show. Composed of 3 live musicians, Kouji, Ken and Ayato, who have performed with many of Japan’s greatest superstars, NAM combines standard Rock style instruments with today’s digital equipment and electronic sounds to offer a unique sonic experience in music and awesome live performances. They have released two successful albums in Japan and debuted their “ONE” album in the U.S. in 2018. NAM has participated on many outside projects including the theme song for the 2011 movie “Imada’s Detective Agency” called “N-field-” and having their track “Be Naked” used as Japan Pro Wrestler, Akira Tozawa’s theme song, and added to the New Century Pro-Wrestling Dragon Gate Wrestlers & Unit Theme Compilation Album “OPEN THE MUSIC GATE 2010.
Using the two dynamics of hard and soft melodies and sounds, NAM’s music resonates with powerful rock riffs, supported by clear basslines, melodic strings, electronic synths, and distinguished live drum patterns creating pounding dance rhythms. The result is their own brand of stylized high energy Electro-Synth-Rock that also lends your ear to nostalgic melodies designed to penetrate your sense of euphoria.
