MEMBERSHIPS
Regular
Full 3-Day Weekend Access
- Full Weekend Access. This membership is good for all three days of the convention. This level entitles you to a convention badge that gives normal access to Anime USA convention for the entire weekend.
- Some Restrictions Apply. Some events may require an additional fee or be restricted, i.e., 18+ panels, gaming tournaments, receptions.
- One-Day Memberships Available. Discounted memberships that allow access to the convention only for one day are also be available for purchase (for Saturday only access, Sunday will be complimentary).
Silver
Limited to 300 members.
- Regular Membership Benefits plus...
- Custom Membership Badge. A specifically designed membership badge identifying that you are a Silver Member.
- AUSA Swag. Anime USA 2025 T-Shirt and other swag.
- One Priority Entrance Coupon. The Priority entrance coupon will allow the member to a one priority access as listed under Sponsor level priority entrance privilege.
Sponsor
Limited to 125 members.
- Regular Membership Benefits plus...
- Express Badge Pickup. At registration, there will be a special line for sponsors to pick up badges faster.
- Custom Membership Badge. A specifically designed membership badge identifying that you are a Sponsor Member.
- AUSA Swag. Anime USA 2025 T-Shirt and other swag.
- Early Access. Half hour early entrance to the Dealer’s room and Artist Alley
- Priority Entrance. Priority entrance to the Main Stage room, Host Club, autographs and selected other events to be announced before the convention.
- Meet & Greet. One-hour meet and greet reception with selected Anime USA guests.
Clubs
- We offer a special discount to all anime, geek, fandom, and cosplay clubs. Sign up your club and your members will be eligible for 33% off club discount rate.
- Club rates are available through Monday, October 6, 2025.
- To receive the Club discount, your club representative will need to contact registration@animeusa.org providing documentation that you are a functioning club, such as a copy of a recent newsletter or a link to your club website or Facebook page.
Children 5 and Under
Children age 5 years or younger will be allowed into the convention free when accompanied by an adult (age 18 or older) with a registered membership. Children under age 5 must be with sponsoring adult at all times while within convention spaces and must wear a child’s registration badge (this badge will be provided by the convention). This discount is only available at the door and will not be made available for pre-registration. Under 5 child’s badges are limited to two children per adult.
Children ages 6-12
Children 6 to 12 years will be allowed into the convention with a half-price discount when accompanied by an adult (age 18 or older) with a registered membership. Children under age 12 will have their sponsor’s contact information written on it and must wear the badge at all times while within convention spaces. Child badges are not eligible for any further discounts. 6–12 child’s badges are limited to two children per adult.

Please note all memberships and registrations are non-refundable. We do have two possible options:
- Badges may be transferred to other individuals
- Badges may be forwarded to future conventions
