Advertising Opportunities

In 1999 Anime USA began as a northern Virginia convention, started by fans, and in 2004 became a non-profit educational organization. Our mission is to educate the public about and promote Japanese arts and popular culture. Just as in the beginning, we remain a convention of fans, by fans, and for fans.

Full color, full bleed
We will print 4000 or more copies
We accept TIFF, PDF, PSD, EPS, in vector format or 300+ DPI (please continue page elements off the edge for ¼" to account for full bleed)
Deadlines: To pay for an ad - October 7th and to submit an ad - October 13

Inside Front Cover: $500

Full Page: $350
Half Page (8½ in x 5½ in or 4½ in x 11 in): $200
Quarter Page (4½ in x 5½ in or 8½ in x 2¼ in): $125
Eighth Page (4½ in x 2¼ in): $75

Advertising Inserts

We insert flyers and cards into our program book for a fee of $300
Please provide 4000+ inserts

We accept promotional items of intrinsic value (i.e. manga samplers, DVDs with one complete episode)

Sponsorships

We accept sponsorship of registration bags, lanyards, and/or pocket guides
If you wish to sponsor items not listed here please contact us
These items may contain sponsor logos and/or images licensed to sponsor (must be suitable for all ages)

Prize Donations

Anime USA is a 501 (3) (c ) educational non-profit organization, all donations are tax deductible
Prizes are given out to the winners of tournaments, game shows, and contests
Donors will be advertised when the prize is awarded
If the donation is received by October 13th your organization will be listed in our Program Book
